Shant Sargsyan will face Magnus Carlsen

From April 23 to 26, the playoff stage of the "Chess.com Open" will take place on the Chess.com platform.

The playoffs feature 16 grandmasters, including the number one grandmaster of Armenia, Shant Sargsyan.

In the first round, Shant will face the top-rated chess player in the world, Magnus Carlsen.

Players will compete in a four-game match with a 10+0 time control. If the winner is not determined, an Armageddon game will be played.

The first game of the first round will start on April 23 at 19:15 Armenian time.
