European Women's Chess Championship

From May 25 to June 5, the 2026 European Women's Chess Championship is being held in Batumi, Georgia.

16 chess players from Armenia are participating in the tournament.

After three rounds, WFM Polina Kobak, IM Lilit Mkrtchian, WGM Mariam Mkrtchyan, and GM Elina Danielian have 2 points.

Kiti Nadanyan has 1.5 points. WFM Anna Khachatryan, Ani Avetisyan, WFM Nvard Hayrapetyan, Ani Nahapetyan, and Anahit Mkrtchyan have 1 point.

Round 4 will start on May 28 at 15:00 Armenian time.
