The Semifinal tournaments of the Armenian Men's and Women's Chess Championships have started

From September 2 to 9, the Semifinal tournaments of the Armenian Men's and Women's Chess Championships are taking place at the Chess Academy of Armenia.

In the Men's tournament, the players finishing 1st–4th will qualify for the first league of the Armenian Men's Chess Championship 2027.

In the Women's tournament, the players finishing 1st–10th will qualify for the first league of the Armenian Women's Chess Championship 2027.
