Ashot Nadanian and Paruyr Hakobyan crowned Armenian Senior Champions 2025

The Armenian Senior Chess Championship 2025 has concluded.

In the 50+ age group, IM Ashot Nadanian becomes champion for the third year in a row, scoring 10 points out of 11.

Karen Makaryan takes the second place with 8.5 points.

Mamikon Martirosyan also scores 8.5 points and finishes the third based on tiebreaks.

In the 65+ age group, Paruyr Hakobyan claims the title of champion with 7 points out of 9.

Babken Hayrapetyan also scores 7 points and takes the second place based on tiebreaks.

Mushegh Minasyan, Hayk Dolmazyan and Ashot Avetisyan score 6.5 points.

Mushegh Minasyan takes the third place with tiebreaks.
