Armenian Senior Rapid Chess Championship

On November 2, the 2025 Armenian Senior Rapid Chess Championship, organized by the Armenian Chess Federation, took place at the Chess Academy of Armenia.

In the 50+ age category, Karen Makaryan won the championship with 6 points out of 7.

Vahan Dimaksyan was the runner-up with 5 points, and Karapet Tovmasyan took third place with 4.5 points.

In the 65+ age category, Garik Khachatryan won the championship with 5.5 points out of 7.

Andranik Abrahamyan was the runner-up with 5.5 points, and FM Roman Akopov took third place also with 5.5 points.
