The 2026 Armenian Chess Champions will be determined soon

The last round of the 86th Armenian Chess Championship and the 81st Armenian Women's Chess Championship has started at the Tigran Petrosyan Chess House-Sports School.

Before the last round, the leaders in the Open championship are GM Zaven Andriasian, IM Artur Davtyan, and GM Manuel Petrosyan with 5 points out of 8.

GM Aram Hakobyan has 4.5 points.

In the Women's championship, the leaders are Anahit Mkrtchyan and WFM Astghik Hakobyan with 6 points.

Ani Avetisyan has 5.5 points.
