From March 18 to 21, an interesting friendly match organized by the Armenian Chess Federation was held at the Chess Academy of Armenia, where the strongest young chess players of Armenia and Iran competed.

The Armenian team was represented by the following players:
IM Artur Davtyan (rating: 2509)
IM Vahe Sukiasyan (rating: 2448)
IM Arsen Davtyan (rating: 2430)
IM Robert Piliposyan (rating: 2420)

The Iranian team was represented by the following players:
GM Sina Movahed (rating: 2596)
IM Reza Mahdavi (rating: 2490)
IM Seyed Kian Poormosavi (rating: 2394)
FM Seyed Kian Ghoreishi Amiri (rating: 2302)

The match was very intense and interesting, and it ultimately ended in favor of Iran with a score of 18:14.

Out of the 32 games played in the tournament, only 10 ended in draws, which reflects the intense and uncompromising level of competition.
