There are 5 rounds remaining in the 2026 FIDE Candidates Tournament taking place in Pegeia, Cyprus.

The winner of the Open tournament will earn the right to challenge reigning World Champion Gukesh Dommaraju for the title, while the winner of the Women's tournament will face the current Women's World Champion Ju Wenjun.
